Three monthly plans. One pool of credits you allocate yourself.
Every plan places no limit on the number of meetings — that gate does not exist. What you pay for is a pool of credits: 1 credit = 1 minute of recording, and the live Advisor is 2 credits per question. You decide where it goes, meeting by meeting. Plans renew monthly until you cancel; credit packs are never bought for you automatically.

What you are actually paying for
Subscriptions attach to a workspace, and everyone gets a personal default workspace at sign-up — paying as an individual is simply a single-seat workspace subscription. What the money buys is two things: one recording seat, and one pool of credits.
A seat is a recording seat
A seat is not “a membership in a workspace”. It is the right to have the meetings you personally attend captured, transcribed and analysed. People who only want to read the minutes need no seat.
One pool, four services
1 credit = 1 minute of recording, and recording covers transcription, bilingual minutes and uploaded historical recordings. The live Advisor’s captions run at that same rate, and each Advisor question is 2 credits; cross-meeting questions are 5 credits each and cloud OCR fallback is 1 credit per page. Every line on your billing page says which meeting and which service it went to.
Billed by actual duration
Each meeting draws its actual duration from the credit pool, and we never round up — a 47-minute meeting costs 47 minutes, not 60; a 40-second one costs 40 seconds. No starting fee, no hidden minimum increment.
Graceful degradation. We never buy a pack for you.
When the credits run out, things stop and wait for you. We will not debit you first and tell you afterwards, and we will not quietly downgrade you to pay-as-you-go. Buying more takes one deliberate click from you, and the price is written there before you click it.
Guests: free forever, unlimited
Anyone explicitly given one meeting is a Guest: they can read that meeting’s minutes and evidence links. They take no seat, spend no hours, and are never downgraded. Guests get no meeting library, no cross-meeting search, no organizational memory and no Advisor.
One pool. You allocate it.
The whole product has exactly one pool of credits. Four services draw from it, differing only in how fast they burn — so you never have to decide in advance how much of this month goes to recording and how much to questions.
One minute of recording = 1 credit. Everything else converts from this table
- Recording & transcription (bilingual minutes, action items and evidence anchors included)
- 1 credit / minute
- Live in-meeting Advisor
- 2 credits / question
- Cross-meeting questions
- 5 credits / question
- Cloud OCR fallback
- 1 credit / page
- On-device OCR (desktop app)
- Free, unmetered
Metered on what you actually use, never rounded up
Every meeting counts its real duration — a second is a second. The credit figure on screen is rounded down: we would rather show you slightly less than you have than have you hit “you still have 1 credit” and be refused.
When it runs low, the last credits go to recording
As the pool empties we shut things off in order of how safely they can wait: the live Advisor first, then cross-meeting questions, then cloud OCR. Recording and transcription are always the last to stop — a meeting that has happened cannot be replayed, whereas using the Advisor an hour later costs you nothing.
Processing packs (never bought automatically — you have to click)
- MLOG Processing Pack S
- $10 · 1,000 credits
- MLOG Processing Pack M
- $20 · 2,200 credits
- MLOG Processing Pack L
- $50 · 6,000 credits
What each plan includes
An unlimited number of meetings is the floor all three plans share. The differences are the credit pool, which services are switched on, organizational memory, cloud audio retention and support.

What we promise, and what we don’t
Three ground rules, stated up front: we commit only to first response, and no plan commits to a resolution time; everything below is a target, not a guarantee, and carries no service credits; support hours are published in UTC.
Self-serve
Docs, in-app troubleshooting and community. You can email us, and we read every message — but Starter carries no response-time target.
Email, next business day
Target — a first human reply within 1 business day for anything blocking your work (P1), 2 business days for everything else.
Priority queue
Target — P1 4 business hours, P2 1 business day, P3 2 business days. For any open P1 we give you at least one status update every support window until it is closed.
Conditions
- Support hours are UTC 01:00–10:00, Monday to Friday, holidays excepted (the dates are listed in the Terms). Tickets filed outside those hours start the clock when the next support window opens.
- The clock pauses while we are waiting on your reply.
- These are targets, not guarantees: a missed response target produces no service credit, refund or other remedy. Availability SLAs and response targets are two different things and are written separately in the Terms.
- We publish the P1 attainment rate, not an average — averages get diluted by P3 volume and hide P1 failures.
- Our support day starts when yours ends. File a P1 during your working hours and, typically, the reply is waiting for you when your next working day begins.
Questions about billing
Pick by the number of hours you actually meet in a month. Starter’s 5 hours is roughly 6 real meetings — the door that lets you see the loop close once. Plus’s 36 hours is the “run all of your own meetings” plan, and it is where most people belong. Team’s 200 hours and 3 seats only start to make sense when you need a team’s meetings to become an organization you can query. All three place no limit on the number of meetings, so don’t choose by meeting count — choose by hours.
A seat is a recording seat: the right to have the meetings you personally attend captured, transcribed and analysed. It is not “a membership in a workspace” — people who only want to read the minutes need no seat; they are Guests, free and unlimited, forever. Starter and Plus are hard-locked at 1 seat; Team includes 3, extra seats are $35/mo, with a hard cap of 25. Concurrent capture is 1 stream per seat.
As credits run low, the first thing to step back is the live in-meeting Advisor — capture, transcription and bilingual minutes carry on, and recording is never interrupted. Local capture never stops. When credits reach zero, cloud post-processing is held — not failed — and finishes on its own once you add credits, with a purchase entry point shown throughout. We never charge automatically, and we will not quietly move you onto pay-as-you-go — buying a pack takes one deliberate click, and the price is written there before you click it. Audio already on your disk, and minutes and evidence links already generated, are untouched.
We are not good at this size, and we will say so plainly. Two people on Plus = $40/mo: you each get 36 hours and your own organizational memory, but there is no shared workspace memory — you cannot search each other’s meetings. Jumping to Team = $100/mo buys memory across people and seats plus a 200-hour pool, but that is 2.5× of $40 and you only use 2 of the 3 seats. There is no third option in between. The test is one question: do the two of you need to search each other’s meetings? If yes, $100 earns it. If no, two Standards are the better buy. We put the arithmetic here for you to do, rather than deciding it for you.
More questions — how credits are counted, how many people a Guest link can reach, whether meetings get deleted when they expire, why we don’t promise a resolution time — are in the FAQ.
Prove the loop in a single meeting
Creating an account is free and carries no allowance by itself. You pick the plan and click the payment yourself, and you can cancel at any time.
