Refund Policy

What you can get back, when, and how to ask. Written plainly so you never have to guess before you pay.

01Who you are paying

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every MLOG purchase. Your card statement shows Paddle, your invoice and any tax are issued by Paddle, and refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method.
  • MLOG never collects or stores card numbers. Payment details only ever go into Paddle's payment overlay.

0214-day money back on your first subscription payment

  • If MLOG is not right for you, write to us within 14 days of your first subscription charge and we refund it in full. No form to fill in, no reason required.
  • This applies once per workspace, to the first payment. Later renewals fall under the cancellation rules below.
  • The refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it usually lands within 5-10 business days.

03Cancelling a subscription

  • You can cancel at any time from Subscription & usage. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end and is not refunded pro rata.
  • Plans are monthly only, so the most you ever carry is one unused month, and you keep full access for all of it.
  • Seat reductions are not refunded and take effect at period end: seats and the credit pool stay untouched for the rest of the cycle you already paid for.

04Processing packs (credits)

  • A pack is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase as long as none of its credits have been spent.
  • Once credits from a pack have been spent, that pack is no longer refundable. Credits pay for third-party processing that has already happened — recording, transcription, advisor answers — and we cannot get that back.
  • Credits are never redeemable for cash, and unused credits are not refunded when a subscription ends.

05When we refund without being asked

  • Duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled: refunded in full as soon as we see it.
  • Credits consumed by a failure on our side — a job that produced nothing usable because of a defect in MLOG — are returned to your pool. This is the same automatic release the system already performs when a provider chain fails mid-job.
  • A missed support response target does not produce a service credit or refund; that is stated on the pricing page and repeated here so the two never disagree. Pricing

06Statutory withdrawal rights

  • If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period, you keep that right in full — our 14-day policy above is offered in addition to it, never instead of it.
  • Digital services begin immediately once you start using MLOG. Where the law asks for it, Paddle's checkout collects your consent to that immediate start, which can reduce a statutory withdrawal right; our own 14-day money back applies regardless.

07How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account, and tell us the workspace name. That is enough — we do not ask for a justification.

We answer refund requests within one business day. If you have already opened a dispute with your bank, tell us: the bank's process overrides ours and we will not double-refund.
